The Corporate Model

ZEV·NET is built on the "corporate model" where organizations (e.g., companies, city governments, universities) subscribe. The Corporate Model Subscribers have the opportunity to sign on for two or four vehicles.

If you are interested in participating as a Corporate Partner click here.

Expectations of Corporate Subscribers include:

  • Subscripton to the program for two or four vehicles.

  • The identification of two or more rail commuting employees to be assigned to each ZEV•NET vehicle.

  • The identification of a pool (approximately 8-10 additional drivers)) of employees who will have the opportunity to use the ZEV•NET vehicle during normal business hours as a shared-use vehicle.

  • Willingness to participate in research and data collection (occasional surveys, vehicle tracking, etc.)

Expectations of ZEV·NET include:

The success of ZEV·NET will be determined through the evolution of:

  1. a successful and sustainable shared-use, station-car program suitable for California communities in economically dense regions,
  2. information technology and infrastructure that support shared-use station car systems, and
  3. the facilitation of standardization to assure transparent use of systems around the State.
